The units are beautifully maintained, new-fashioned with all the conveniences. Good restaurant, fabulous food, people working here are amiable. The location is marvellous and fantastic and they have parking nearby.

Appreciated my stay, had a real good experience. The hotel was great and brilliant, had recently refurbished rooms. The food was great, very good service. The staff were all professional and very supportive. The location was prime and incredibly comfortable with panoramic views. This property was set in a secure area. It was placed near a bus stop.

Exceptionally nice and beautiful units with dishwasher and large bedroom, and the staff were nice. The great and awesome location was an easy walk to The Rolling Bridge.

Had a newly renovated studio suite, which allowed us to enjoy fantastic view of the sea. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, back to Old Town with easy access to the main shopping centre and a bakery.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel in Nice. The property is clean; well-maintained and recently renovated rooms; very clean bed. Its location is comfortable & perfect, close to the bakery, the bakery or patisserie at the back and the beach and tram stops. The staff is professional and best, they ensure you have a very very good time here.

Enjoyed this place, it was modern. We stayed in the apartment equipped with balcony. The location in a shopping area was magnificent and wonderful and there were the main shopping centre and a shopping area nearby.

The location is great and awesome, as the hotel is based to Nice Ville train station where you can catch train to Monaco or Cannes. Incredible service and the food is great.

Absolutely brilliant family-friendly place with marvellous location just next door to Nice-ville train station, the bakery or patisserie and center of the city and the airport.

The location was prime in a secure area, next to all public transport, a sea and center. The studio suite I stayed in was beautifully maintained and newly remodelled with all required equipment.

Excellent home base for travelling to Nice and exploring local places. Neat & new-fashioned rooms with wardrobes, bedroom plus refrigerator. Perfect position on the promenade to town, in the shopping area.

This hotel was set in a central area very close to a frequent tram into the centre, highlights of Nice and area and tram stops. Enjoyed the well-maintained room with big balcony.

The location near a bus station was prime and comfortable. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Plage des chiens.

Overall it was neat, with a separate bathroom. The view was absolutely breathtaking of the ocean. The service was very good during all my perfectly pleasant stay.
