Low-budget hotel in a safe area close enough to the property's garden, the nearby airport and the Nice Cote d'Azuur ar Anglais promenade. Brand-new rooms and great-sized with comfortable beds, soap & fresh towels, as for instance. Good food at breakfast served in the terrace. Totally very pleasant stay for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Great and absolutely perfect small hotel location really close to the tram and a well-tended garden. Cheap & reasonably large unit with a great view. Delicious and brilliant meals.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Convenient and unbeatable location for Nice, just next door to Nice centrum along the coast on Promenade des Anglais as well as the bus stop on Promenade des Anglais. Also, in a quiet residential area of Nice.

The location in a pretty nice area was great and peaceful and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. I had a budget superior twin room with a glorious view of garden.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a very pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable, the room was brand-new and heated with a beautiful view. Booked the hotel for its comfortable and perfect location near to the French Riviera, and the port.

It was as expected, had a really nice stay for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, has lovely views of the ocean. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, managed the parking onsite. The economy queen room is recently renovated and has central heating and a TV set. When we visit Nice, like staying here.

The rooms were cheap, reasonably large and with a great view. It was a great and perfect location for us, short walk to a Carrefour at the end of the street towards the prom as well as the Nice center.

Fairly clean property. Exceptionally kind and accommodating staff, always with a smile.

The room is great-sized & brand-new. Very good service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. The pool is clean...

So close to place massena and other sights in Nice. Close to a port. Restaurant is good. It took 5 minutes to reach Carras Plage on foot.
