the location is best possible and comfortable, as the hotel is based in the heart of nice. the staff is being extremely helpful. the units were brand-new with a shower.

Best possible and convenient position by tram from the train station, in the natural area. The breakfast at the Bakery next door.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Early check-in, large and budget room with shower, soap etc and modern facilities. Incredible and magnificent location, handy to have tram near so could get to train station easily. Based near the local bus terminus, and a bakery.

Thank you for a such great stay. This place is nice and simple and the staff are fabulous! The hotel rooms are exceptionally nice and warm with soap etc provided. Its decor is tasteful.
