Hotel Boreal Nice

The room was decent sized and beautifully decorated, offered a safe box, central heating, and coffee/tea making machines. It was overlooking street. It was based in absolutely amazing building in a great location, on the tram line.

Everything was good, personnel was nice and pleasant. The superior room overlooked street. Recently added a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and television were much appreciated during my trip. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early. Marvellous and unbeatable location walk from a tram station, that was handy. There were bars and restaurants next door. I really enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel.

We got queen room with a nice modern bathroom and liked it. The location was perfect, close to a tram station.

The hotel was in a great and unbeatable position right by the main shopping area, main attractions and tram stop and Old Town and the Train Station.

We needed to have lift, but they didn't have it.

Private parking on site provided. Very very good breakfast for a reasonable rate and amazing location.

The hotel has great and unbeatable location next to sea, shops and restaurants and both the train station and the beach. The rooms were tidy and air conditioned with balcony kept by the lovely staff.

Bright and exceptionally nice room available with the bathroom, safe plus effective aircon. Great area, very central location short walk to the tram runs frequently and main attractions and tram stop. A short walk to a Gothic church.

The room was extremely spacious and air-conditioned, the bathroom was spacious. I had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The stay was very very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the queen room with effective aircon. The location in the centre of Nice was excellent. The specialities were hot and served in the good restaurant.

We were there for 3 days, everything was good, really enjoyed its unbeatable and super location so close to both the train station, the promenade and the Place Massena. The whole room was bright and nice with a nice modern bathroom, tea & coffee and safe.

I have stayed in the superior queen room with comfy beds. And it's new-fashioned. As for me the location is great, walk from a tram station. The hotel is near plenty of bars and restaurants. Stay here and enjoy your Nice trip.

The location was peaceful, relatively close to a modern beach club. It was a shopping area, a fantastic base for me. No complaints, I appreciated this hotel and recommend.

We loved hotel's cleanliness and comfort. Plus, this venue is a couple of blocks away center of the city. We had goodies and coffee at ma p'tite boulangerie, it was located right next to the venue.
