Everything was modern here. The hotel served satisfactory breakfasts in the restaurant. We had a large bedroom. The location was good and perfect in a wonderful area, right by the main avenue on a quiet side road as well as many restaurants and shopping.

Everything was really good, efficient staff, relaxing views of the town. The bedroom was romantic and modern. The location was excellent and wonderful outside of the touristy area of the coastline. It was also near Promenade des Anglais, the ' Old Town ' and a number of galleries as well as the Old Town and the sea front. Liked the rooftop restaurant onsite.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, in front of a main street and a gallery. Restaurants and bars were located in front of the hotel.

Beautiful, lovely location near train station, roadworks and the famous long boardwalk in Nice. Good sized and romantic units with balcony and a walk- in shower.

The property is fairly clean and impressive. Make sure to get superior queen room with French windows and equally nice large bathroom plus a bath. Would like to come again cos this hotel met requests.

Really enjoyed quick check-in and late check-out. The room was clean and bright, equipped with the bedroom, a balcony, for example, it accommodated us perfectly. The food was different and the location was stunning.

There were clean and bright rooms with a luxury bathroom. The hotel had a great and lovely position, to everything for trips to other places including the train station. Spent a nice evening at Gusto Slice, located not too far from the venue.

French-style building, well-equipped rooms with every comfort catered for including coffee making facilities, equally nice large bathroom, for instance. At 10 km distance from the airport.

Hotel overlooked street and the room was good-sized and romantic. Everything was very good, but a few employees were not particularly welcoming. The location was incredible and lovely, only a short distance to a vast neo - Gothic church. I loved the area, it was new and just next door to centre of Nice, great restaurants and high end stores and the center of the old town and the main street. I visited main bar and tried carbonated drinks.

Overall a perfect stay for one night. Fab food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Tidy rooms, excellent location adjacent to a seafood and Italian restaurant called La Pescheria, the train to Antibes and Cannes, and beach and old town. Plus, walking distance to a popular street.

The breakfast was sensational with a lot of products. I could see city from the superior queen room. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for Nice, not far from Promenade des Anglais, the ' Old Town ', Boscolo Exedra Nice, Autograph Collection and sea.

The venue is attractive, with fine food and excellent location to sea or old Nice. They offer good breakfast in the restaurant. The superior queen room is cheap and spotless.

Came in Nice for christmas, the hotel met expectations. Our room was well-appointed and functional, offered with the bedroom. The main bar was available on the premises. The service was terrific, nothing to complain about, it was just what we needed. What's more, there was private parking nearby.

The food offer is different. The hotel boasts very central location in the center of Nice. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Boccaccio, set within 10 minutes walk or so, greatly enjoyed where it was located.

The rooms are bright and luxurious and generally offer a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar and central heating. It has best possible and peaceful location to see a popular street. Its 5 mins walk to the centre.

The bathrooms are tiny.

Cheap and romantic unit with a nice decor. Lovely bedroom, tiled open bathroom, lovely pool. Magnificent location not too far from Promenade du Paillon.

Romantic & new-fashioned unit in beautiful condition.

The restaurant was good which served very good food here, I had excellent dishes. Very central location of this boutique hotel was a bonus. Popped in Yolo Wine Bar for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Nice, had much fun and met knowledgeable staff with wonderful service in the evening. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from a modern beach club. There were boutiques and department shops around the hotel.

It was a French building, the rooms where airy.

A luxury and cool hotel in Nice with polite staff at every level. Central location, fantastic base for discovering Nice. Smooth check-in, parking nearby. Roof top bar and lovely pool.

By and large, it was luxury place with EXCEPTIONAL staff at every level. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. Here I spent 3 nights and loved being in this place.

The hotel needed some maintenance.

Pleasant and clean hotel, the staff who served us were attentive, and it had peaceful location to the beach once or twice. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, nonetheless it was nice.

Characterful hotel with pleasant and incredible staff at every level. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the superior room, plus a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and a personal safe. The pool area was heated too.

We enjoyed service and staff here. It was an unforgettable experience. Les Viviers is literally 700 ft away. Such city attractions as place massena were really close to this hotel.
