Hotel De Suede

We had a really good experience. Everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 7 nights only. Everyone from the staff was highly professional. There was an excellent restaurant in the hotel.

Efficient and excellent staff and pleasant accommodation. Very comfy beds in our standard double room. Compact and good size bathroom. The most important - excellent and fantastic location in the center of Nice.

Its location is particularly GOOD and absolutely perfect, near restaurants and eateries. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Mercat Bar with nice drinks.

The hotel had a magnificent and incredible location a minute walk from The Grave of a Nazi Dog. I had the quadruple room which was silent and nicely updated with a nice view.

The rooms are compact and new-fashioned here with comfortable bed as well as good breakfast. The service at the lounge area is good. The location is very central, right by to the old town as well, everything-shops and numerous restaurants and bars. The staff are really friendly and very helpful.

The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Jean Médecin tram stop which takes you to the airport in 30min, it's a plus.

The staff were all accommodating, excellent. Booked a room with a shower. The location was good and fantastic, near to the sea, in the wonderful area. It was just 1 km from Old Town.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

The position was great, walk from a subway station. There were modern & nicely updated rooms with nice shower, good breakfast too plus balcony.

Some people working there were just average.

The setting was marvellous, just next door to the pedestrian street Rue Massena, the beach and all the restaurants and bus stop to airport. Came to visit Princes Street Gardens, based at a walking distance from the hotel.

Enjoyed our rooms with a nice view. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, relatively near a vast neo-Gothic church. Set in pretty comfortable area, eateries and restaurants were close to the hotel.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, competent and attentive staff. Very impressed with the great view from our triple room. Lots of meals for breakfast, including coffee and fresh bread. Excellent service, perfect location very near the sea front. Based near esplanade as well as the old city center.

Compact and new-fashioned units with rare window. Marvellous and stunning location not far from restaurants AND Plage Ruhl, all the cafes, and beach, food, grocery store, and good service.

A wonderful small and pleasant hotel, my first choice in Nice. Contemporary atmosphere in the lounge area during breakfast. Silent and cheap units with a view of a chimney stack, a shower plus comfortable bed. Location - marvellous and incredible just off the centre of restaurants and shops and supermarket. And close to Nice Forum.

It was clean, staff was very helpful. Liked a safe, central heating, and an iron in the room. The beds were extremely comfy and the view was particularly nice.

Our rooms were well-appointed with balcony and good breakfast too as expected. In general the service was excellent! Besides, parking was available nearby. It had central location close to an outdoor theater.

The location was marvellous, you can visit an outdoor theater by walking. Enjoyed the way our silent and cheap standard king room for the washbasin was.

There were very comfy beds and central heating, an iron and a satellite TV inside the room. The location was lovely for walking around a historic square. There was a great restaurant, a market and chemist's next door.

The rooms are silent and cheap with a nice view, and the location is fantastic by bars open til the early hours. The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary...

The place was clean and wonderful small, it had highly professional and competent staff with full service. We had the standard queen room which was compact and silent for the washbasin. The location in a shopping area was ideal and there were a shopping area and a market nearby.

We didn't like that there was breakfast missing, were a little disappointed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic square. It was situated close to eateries and restaurants. Distance to the airport was just 10 km.

Incredible, perfect location excellent near the shopping districts as well as near the beach. And not far from all shopping areas, eating places, park, Jean Medecin, Promenade des Anglaise as well as trams. Good-sized units with bath. Lots of food at the breakfast, including coffee and fresh bread.

The hotel was clean and had efficient staff with full service. The venue had a magnificent location close to an outdoor theater. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this charming small and pleasant accommodation from the airport.

Found in a nice part of the town. A mini bar fridge, climate control and an individual safe available in the queen room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath.

For tea or coffee visit Hard Rock Cafe nearby. Attentive staff, bright rooms with rare window.

We really enjoyed the fact that we chose de suede. Would book here again, if in Nice.
