The hotel was perfect and cool, and the staff were very hospitable, appreciated the perfect location near Old Town and Promenade, and restaurants, the old town, and the beach. The room was nicely decorated and nicely furnished with balcony, had a good night's sleep.

Definitely, there was lift missing, we were a little disappointed.

location: the hotel was close enough to beaches, monaco and cannes and centre. the staff was very hospitable and always helped me.

I got a well furnished room with balcony. The location was perfect, close enough to the beach and the lady at staff, old town, beach, shopping, restaurants, Tram stop and the central plaza. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Ruhl Plage.

The staff - some of them were extremely rude.

Fine experience there. Perfect property, fairly clean, very good service and excellent value. Breakfast with rolls and cheese. Comfy bed and well decorated and well furnished room. Unbeatable central location and excellent stuff. Walking distance to a main shopping street and a shopping street across the street. 10 km from Nice Cote d'Azur airport.

Wi-Fi was very poor.
