The place was immaculately clean and quaint, it had efficient and thoughtful staff on night shift. Greatly enjoyed the nicely furnished and brand-new room with a big bathroom. The location close to a tram station was comfortable.

Early check-in, handy location not far from Place Massena, the Promenade and the old town, tram stations and shops and cafes.

The location was excellent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. Newly remodelled and good-sized rooms with comfortable bed, felt like home.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Nice, had much fun and met kind staff on night shift. Great and decent location, it was close to the train station, beautiful garden and large bathrooms, and efficient tram system.

The hotel is overall clean, nicely designed and has decent location in the area that did n't seem to be safe. The staff are attentive and very caring and I loved their attitude. The service is very good with private parking available and good meals.

Tbh, had a perfect stay on holidays. Everything was modern, patient staff, handy location near patisseries, the main pedestrian area, and the train station, and thus the airport bus.

Marvellous location for our visit to St Nicholas Cathedral within walking distance of the hotel.

Free parking & helpful staff. As picky eaters we greatly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Le Tchitchou couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. Their garden was comfortable too.

The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it. Tbh, rooms were small. Beds were hard.

it was fabulous base for one night. we truly enjoyed the amenities, such as a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating and a private safe. breakfast is available for eur 10 per person per day. regarding price, think it's attractive and competitive value for money for nice.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Exotic plants and gardens nearby, the staff was friendly! Avenue jean medecin and other places worth exploring were walking distance to the hotel. Take a look at Gambetta neighborhood, it's worth it.
