The rooms were newly decorated and clean with balcony kept by the affable staff. The place was in front of a tram station.

The staff was helpful and affable - I would stay here again. I really enjoyed this absolutely charming hotel. Booked classic room, that included a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe and air conditioner. The bed was comfy, a bathtub worked well. The location was particularly good and excellent for walking around a beach boulevard.

Make sure to get double room with balcony, large terrace, as example. The stuff are helpful and amiable. It has an unbeatable location close to the promenade.

we would definitely go back, thank you. a good choice of extra supplies: air conditioning, a minibar and flat-screen tv. we only slept at the classic single room, but we really enjoyed it. only 20 minutes walk from nice centre.

Nothing to complain about at all.
