Modern venue with incredible location near to the nice shore, Really close to shops and bakery around the corner and freshly prepared breakfast. Spotless, air conditioned rooms, great pool. Absolutely fabulous view over the town, a jacuzzi and two sinks in the bathroom.

I have stayed in the studio suite with a "garden view".

We had a very good stay, the hotel was ideal, spotlessly clean, with marvellous location close to the center of the city.

The room was air conditioned and neat, offered a lounge area, a separate lounge, and a nice kitchen. The beds were very comfy, view over the town was particularly nice.

Wake-up service, available in my apartment, was a nice bonus. Kitchenette was equipped with a microwave oven and hotplates.

Gorgeous brand-new hotel with great value, we had a really great stay. Very central location was a plus. We stopped by Hard Rock Cafe for coffee and treats, it was relatively near the venue.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

Accommodating staff, great services, and magnificent location adjacent to la Promenade des Anglais, Easy to get to from airport using local airport bus and the beautiful garden. Freshly cooked breakfast, tidy room. Separate bedroom, wonderful experience and late check-out.

Everything was perfect, amazing location very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops, city centre and train and many good restaurants and coffee shops, fairly nice experience. It had a quiet atmosphere and provided friendly service. Besides, there was parking under ground.

Boasts fantastic location and welcoming staff on the receptionists. A tube station is a short walk to the property. The rooms are fairly quiet and luxury with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The apartment was fabulous, had excellent views. Our kitchenette included a microwave and hotplates. The very-very nice staff on the receptionists provided all the necessary info.

Everything was nice during 1 day, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous and incredible location just next door to Promenade, shops and restaurants as well as boulevard / seaside. Consistently courteous and accommodating staff on the receptionists, and facilities were GREAT here.

The hotel was safe and exceptionally clean with lovely views over the town. A microwave and hotplates in my apartment were a very thoughtful addition. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, I stayed for 4 nights.

Fantastic location near Nice Ville train station, French style building. Also - just off the beach and key city sightseeings and the shopping center. Plenty of lovely options for meal.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with lovely views; particularly good and perfect location to the next taxi who charged 30. The breakfast was free and we could use free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was excellent to the main train station from where to easily go to Cannes or Monaco. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. All members of the staff were competent.

The location is marvellous and lovely, not too far away from a modern beach club. Facilities are very good, and there's shuttle from the airport.

The location was unbeatable - very close to the center of the city, shops, the beach and plenty of food options and Nice Old Town and the beach. There was Loka Bar Kitchen, located nearby, where we relaxed.

By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Nice, had much fun and met friendly attentive and competent staff on the receptionists. The location was excellent and perfect, you can visit a modern beach club by walking.

The location easy walk to a train station is peaceful. It's in the excellent area which is another bonus. Overall appetising food, plus there is L'essenciel Bar and Restaurant close by.
