The property is functional and silent and sits within walking distance of the beach. Thanks very much for a decent service, couldn't recommend more.

The standard room is new-fashioned and has a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV set. Garden view from the window is great. The location is good and not far from tram station and the shops. Besides, the hotel is located 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

The location was unbeatable, the room was functional. It was set in a good area.

The whole experience was very comfortable. Every detail was great and I loved it. Staff were nice, room was new-fashioned and fantastic. A safe box, central heating, and an iron were provided. The location was great and simple, with restaurants and a casino walking distance to the hotel.

Got spotlessly clean room with toiletries, modern design and a good aircon. Excellent service, delicious and satisfactory breakfast with Apple juice and pastry, as example.

Overall clean place with competent and top-class staff members and garden views. Very very good building, neat and modern rooms. Unbeatable location in the new Italian themed restaurant on three occasions. Amazing and good food for breakfast.

My bed was great and the room was beautifully decorated. Next to a tram station, the location was magnificent and amazing, close to restaurants and shopping.

Really enjoyed staying there, I would recommend the hotel. Every detail of this good quality property was perfect. Had tastefully decorated and large room with private bathroom and an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. The perfect location next to a tram station was just what I needed.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my child, had a nice stay. All the staff was very, very nice and always polite and I had an early check in. Decent service, just what I needed. No complains at all, the venue exceeded high expectations.

This accommodation was in the central location by the church at the port. The hotel room was well decorated and neat with the selection.

I was upgraded to a welcoming family room with a great view. The facilities such as a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and television were available. The hotel was in a particularly good location, near downtown.

It had marvellous and simple location next to the train station, Old Nice, Promenade des Anglais and so much more as well as the subway. The staff were courteous and polite and had a sense of humour. The breakfast offered lots of freshly made meals.

Thank you very much, I greatly enjoyed my comfortable stay and would book again. The location couldn't be more great and convenient in the city center. What's more, it was just next door to the beach area as well as beach and shops.

We were offered warm breakfast for Apple juice. It had excellent and wonderful location, very close to cafe or restaurants and the beach and train station.

The hotel is in a perfect position and the airport is 10 km away. It's in the particularly good area which is another bonus.

It is undoubtedly a top quality option when you are in Nice. The location is central, near church, local restaurants and beach. Also, Old Town is only 1 km from here. The restaurant serves hot local food.

We booked twin room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The service provided there was excellent.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. All in all a good experience. Room was big, bigger then in most Nice hotels😀
