It had practical and easy location close to St Chad's. Moreover, its just off Very close to the train station, train, tram and airport and the sea.

This was a very very good stay for a brief visit.

Generally, liked this well-maintained accommodation with attentive staff with staff member on phone. I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. The bed was very clean, after a long drive.

The view from my standard twin room was particularly nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows.

The location was ideal and perfectly comfortable and the staff members were very helpful. The breakfast with delicious offerings and fresh squeezed orange juice and fruit was adequate and excellent.

Staff were AMICABLE, atmosphere was contemporary, it had excellent location close to sightseeing, a safer business area than many hotels, and the airport, tram and trainstation. My standard king room with shower, bathroom, for example was functional.

The standard double room I got was complete with a fair sized bathroom and shower plus good facilities.

The venue is exceptional, fairly clean and the location is lovely just off Saint-Augustin railway station as well as airport and center. The breakfast is sensational, available with delicious offerings and cheese toasts and ham. The service is incredible, includes reasonably priced parking.

The setting was quite practical within easy reach of a fantastic floral and animal park.

Every detail there was perfectly fine. Staff were competent, rooms were air conditioned and equipped with bathroom, good AC, as for instance. The food at the in-house restaurant was good.

I had excellent days staying at this nice basic hotel. Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was sensational. Had standard queen room with wake-up service available in it.

Actually everything was perfect. Had updated room £ 102 with shower. Location: the hotel was close to Nice airport and France and the runway. It also was very close to the tram stop.

Efficient and caring staff and the place was immaculately clean. Bed & pillows were comfortable, I slept well. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from Caucade. Terrific service was provided.

We really enjoyed our time here. Staff was EXCELLENT and room was very clean. Arenas district definitely deserves your time and attention.
