Reasonably priced hotel located near to shopping centre and walking distance from beach, the railway station and the beaches. Decent sized and brand-new units with balcony. Comfortable location; very helpful and excellent staff.

Fairly clean property. Affable staffs, gave a few recommendations. The central location in front of the train station. For shots visit The James Monro, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with air conditioning. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, super and brilliant location. We dined out at Sanskruti Restaurant, set really close to the hotel. You guys made our stay fairly nice.

Central location adjacent to the center, France and tram station, it was in a shopping area. Tried some nice meals at Il Carretto, located really close to the hotel.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was amazing short walk to the famous Rue de France and the beach, train station, shopping centre and beach and city center.

The hotel was fairly clean with particularly good location close to the transport links and air conditioned rooms. Nothing too much trouble, greatly enjoyed this place and would be happy to recommend.

The personnel was outstandingly accommodating. The location was stunning, not too far from an enormous shopping mall. It was situated next to a railway station.

The hotel location was excellent and wonderful right next to the alleys that smelt like pee. Besides, we were near the rail station, and airport n other areas.

Would absolutely stay here again when I travel to Nice. Thoroughly enjoyed it - the place is well priced and comfortable and suited me fine. The location is excellent and absolutely perfect and there is the train station close to the hotel.

Shame the bathroom was not very clean.

The rooms are functional and reasonably spacious, and are complete with balcony, air conditioning, good beds.

Had central location in a seedy part of town. Besides, it was close enough to the train station & restaurants as well as the airport.

The location was brilliant and handy for traveling around Nice, just next door to Train station in Nice, the famous Rue de France and the beach and many restaurants. Besides, Mamac Museum was 2 km away from the venue.

Where was elevator?.
