Hotel Aparthotel Ammi Nice Lafayette

The location was UNBEATABLE very close to the train station-10 minutes on foot. I tried some drinks at bar The Marquis of Westminster, located 10 minutes walk away. The bedroom was brand-new and air-conditioned.

Studio suite included a safe, an air conditioner, and a storage. Excellent location and overall the staff was very amiable.

A lot of food served in the lobby for breakfast, it was delicious and savoury.

The staff we met were busy.

The rooms with a shower. Had good a dressing table and a phone.

Beds were a little hard.

View was pleasant, breakfast was rich, and beds were nice. The rooms were neat, air-conditioned, and had climate control, a dressing table, and a telephone.

A particularly good location, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It's a modern good basic hotel nestled in a French style building. The staff ensures you have a such wonderful time, they are outstandingly accommodating and amicable.

Nicely decorated hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location is magnificent very close to a main square.

I stayed 3 nights and would definitely book here again when visiting France. The hotel was located really close to Place Massena, the main square.

The venue is immaculately clean, the staff is extraordinarily friendly. The breakfast is delicious and savoury with a bakery, cheese and the necessary breads, and the service is exceptional. Plus, the location is magnificent, minutes from a historic square. It is undoubtedly a lovely small option when you are in Nice.

Was a holiday base for trip. Everything was fantastic and truly enjoyed my stay there. The staff was helpful all the time. My studio suite with coffee, electronic card, a coffee maker was beautifully decorated.

Comfortable bed, really good bathroom and a safe, two large windows, and an air conditioner in the room. Pleasant view, savoury breakfast options with cheese, a bakery and juice.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food. We stayed in an executive king studio and it was newly decorated.

The room was tastefully decorated with facilities for making your own tea or coffee and we really enjoyed the stay.

The room was tastefully decorated and renovated so pretty clean. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges in kitchenette.

Nicely decorated place with exceptionally kind staff and nice views. Newly remodelled and generous sized rooms and a varied breakfast. Very central location, within walking distance of Old Town. The beach restaurant on the premises. Honestly no complains at all.

Appreciated our standard queen studio with several floors of apartments. The breakfast looked delicious and savoury with variety of options. We were offered an exceptional service.

The hotel had a central position right by the wonderful restaurants in the flower market, and Massena Square and the Old Town of Nice. It also was in the lavatory area.

Tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms with a bathroom, fridge, as example, excellent location. 15 mins by car from the airport.

The location was great, for example, a historic square was not too far away from the hotel. The staff was perfectly pleasant, terrific services.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay for 1st night. The location was perfect and peaceful, not too far away from Old Town.

The breakfasts are delicious and rich with lots of options. The rooms are neat with an air con and the staff are efficient!

Make sure to get standard studio with a rainfall shower and children screaming plus a balcony. Special thanks to accommodating staff for making my stay a very nice experience. Very central location next to the markets in the old town as well as bars, and restaurants and bars are close to the hotel.

It was based in neat building in a marvellous location, right in the centre of Nice👌🙂

the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of a night club. besides, it was not too far away from downtown, that worked for us.
