Pleasant hotel with incredibly welcoming staff in assisting us in planning our trips from there, thoroughly enjoyed our staying. Its location in Nice was stunning, next to the tram, the center and the bars/restaurants Taxi is about 25e.

We had 4 amazing days here, would definitely recommend the place. Quaint hotel, incredible location, we booked the quadruple room and appreciated it. Helpful and excellent personnel in assisting us in planning our trips from there and kept the property fairly clean.

Standard king room was a nice size and air-conditioned. The breakfast was savoury with beautiful view: you could find coffee, toast, butter, and jam. The location was fantastic and wonderful, to the tram line which takes about 15 minutes, and my bed was very comfy. Superbly friendly and incredibly welcoming staff in assisting me in planning my trips from there, had very comfortable stay.

The breakfast is savoury with the view, has outstanding food. Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with the terrace and clean bathroom plus a stunning view. The location is amazing and incredible, 2 km from Nice Observatory.
