Clean good basic hotel with very pleasant and amicable staff. Good service overall. Marvellous location not far from Nice Beach as well as all main attractions in a shopping area. Besides, excellent for visiting Sheldon Square.

Particularly good location, compact standard studio with a bathroom, the advertised balcony, as for instance.

Not very nice views from the window.

It was well priced and good sized, good enough for a romantic stay. I had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom and a small kitchen, a storage, and a safe box in the room. Great and amazing location: a train station minutes walking distance from the hotel. And within walking distance of the beach;)))

We were given a studio, it was reasonably priced and functional. The bathroom was sparkling clean, also it included an iron and luggage storage. The view was incredible, the service was very good.

All the staff was very welcoming and pleasant and greeted us warmly. The hotel had a very central position right by Jean Medecin tram station. Spent our evenings in nearby Sky Lounge enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Ideal and fairly clean place, everything was good. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was terrific! The location was marvellous and lovely, close to Monoprix. The area was central just next door to a Monoprix store as well as the shopping district.

Excellent and absolutely perfect location close to main attractions and a tram station. King studio for my travel sized suitcase.

Appreciated our stay, had great 4 days overall. The staff were really helpful and excellent co-operating, gave us great tips. They gave us well-appointed room with comfortable bed. Central location was a plus.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was bad.

We got reasonably priced and good-sized standard studio for my travel sized suitcase as an upgrade, nice gesture. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Enjoyed every detail about our fabulous 1 night stay here. We had the studio provided with water boiler, bathroom, as for instance. It was new-fashioned and everything was great. The location was great, for example, Old Town was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was peaceful. The excellant service and the attention to detail!

The location of this hotel not far from main train station, friendly staff, Big food store nearby, nice shopping streets, and the city center, Gare station, shopping center + the beach … all walking distance was magnificent and amazing.

The hotel had a central setting to what seemed to be the main street leading to the Promenade. I got a warm room with own bathroom.

There was kitchenette, that's a plus. The location of the hotel was best possible - not too far from L' Appart. We didn't have time, so we also would book again.

Staff were helpful, and the public parking was available. Mini-kitchen was an added bonus. It's a short way from Sky Lounge with nice drinks and cocktails. Besides, we parked our car nearby. We can recommend this place...
