My favourite property in Nice. Marvellous setting in the central area, very close to the beach promenade, cafes, restaurants and the center of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes' walk to Old Town.

The staff are extremely friendly as well as the host. The units were good sized and beautifully designed with balcony. The interior is nice and design is nice.

The location was great and stunning in a downtown area, short walk to main shopping areas and which is really nice. The room was lovely and tidy with great shower when I arrived.

I did not want to leave and would like to stay there on the next trip. Had a really comfortable stay for one night on this trip, everything was great. Excellent very central location near charming cafes, shopping streets, restaurants, transportation and a very fashionable shopping district with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the beach and the old town. I was surprised at nearby Maison Margaux, they had some goodies, drinks.

Everything was excellent and met the criteria. We spent 5 nights in great-sized and fashionable double room with great shower...

The staff we met were a little noisy.

We appreciated reception, it was comfortable. The clean bathroom was the best.

Booked a twin room with a personal safe, a coffee machine and a study table. La Pizza Cresci, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. This place is reasonable price.
