My favourite property in Nice. Marvellous setting in the central area, very close to the beach promenade, cafes, restaurants and the center of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes' walk to Old Town.

Perfectly clean hotel in a very lovely building very close to shopping district as well as charming cafes and restaurants. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Besides, excellent for visiting a historic square. A nice stay for one night on this trip.

I did not want to leave and would like to stay there on the next trip. Had a really comfortable stay for one night on this trip, everything was great. Excellent very central location near charming cafes, shopping streets, restaurants, transportation and a very fashionable shopping district with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the beach and the old town. I was surprised at nearby Maison Margaux, they had some goodies, drinks.

Booked a twin room with a personal safe, a coffee machine and a study table. La Pizza Cresci, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. This place is reasonable price.
