Reasonably large bright room. Very clean bed, a huge bathroom. Perfect and comfortable location of the hotel, near beach and old town, the centre of Nice, and the shopping area.

The room was wonderful and provided with balcony, tea and coffee making facilities and own veranda terrace.

The bed was soft; the room was adequate and bright. The views of the mountains were particularly good, truly enjoyed it. The location was very central, fab to promenade.

Nicely designed property, fairly clean, very good service and good value. Fantastic friendly, efficient stuff with smiling face. Amazing food in the restaurant, adequate and excellant breakfast with the delicious coffee.

Beautifuly designed place with extremely helpful staff and fast wi-fi. Panoramic view of the pool, good-sized & compact room. Huge private bathroom. Very clean beds, absolutely perfect and nice location in the many cafes 100 m away.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, appetising food, exceptionally good views. We had good breakfasts and visited a lovely bar on-site.

Facilities were wonderful, nevertheless internet was terrible.

It was a very nice stay for another holiday in Nice. The location was incredible; near a church and a cathedral. Also, the area was very nice. Knowledgeable and efficient staff who were always there to help. The food provided was fab.

Possibly the best and really good stay on second night of our stay. Great-sized, functional unit with a sofa, and very knowledgeable staff. Perfect low cost hotel location adjacent to Very close to railway station, shopping district and trains to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and beyond.

Clean and the staff was thoughtful and efficient. A decent size rooms, a clean bathroom. Excellent and incredible location in a very nice area short walk to other landmarks, the rail station and the promenade and Promenade, Old Town, shopping, trains.

The roof top view was great and the location was fantastic, adjacent to many resturants as well as lots of lovely restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, well presented and with a lot of options. I think the hotel was reasonably priced, would return here.

All in all everything was really good, had a really nice stay for another holiday in Nice. We loved adequate and sensational breakfasts with the delicious coffee. Thoughtful staff was available all the time. It was in the central location in the central shopping area.

We have spent 2 days in classic double room with balcony, Garden View and coffee. The breakfasts were adequate and sensational with the delicious coffee, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The stay here was real good for another holiday in Nice. The staff was very friendly, thoughtful, and responded promptly to requests. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with the view on Notre Dame as well as a sofa was ready. There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was good: )

The rooms were functional & good sized with terrace. The breakfast with the delicious coffee was adequate. The location of the hotel was magnificent and perfect - at a moderate distance from a historic square.

Although everything was very good, some of the staff were quite busy.

The room was nicely furnished, with safe and incredible views of the mountains. The location for Nice was absolutely perfect, just off both Nice ville train station and the promenade d'Anglais, the center of the main avenue and bars.

The staff was amazing and cheerful, the accommodation was charming and fairly clean. They gave me lovely and wonderful room with the bath and balcony. The location was marvellous, in the middle of the city.

Quiet, adequate room provided with coffee or tea, a double bed, for instance. Excellent location in a central area so close to the center of the main avenue, the train station, in the centre of the city, and the beach and the airport tram. Besides, easy to get to an enormous shopping mall.

Everything was really good, efficient staff, magnificent views of the mountains. The room was large and I loved the central location. The service was exceptional, I had 2 amazing nights here. What's more, there's parking close to the hotel. The restaurant was excellent and its appetising dishes are to die for.

The place was stylish and unique, with its pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location was unbeatable, for example, Old Town was not too far from the hotel. Supermarkets and various stores were right next door. There also was easy to access parking and amazing pool.

Had a really really nice stay for another holiday in Nice, everything was perfect. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. There where free internet and easy parking available. It had very central location close to L' Appart. What's more, it was so close to the seafront, trams, and the train station.

The property was enchanting with courteous stuff at the reception desk. The location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Old Town. We found it in a lovely area just next door to the train station, the central shopping area, and the garden.

My room was neat and adequate. It had peaceful and handy location with access to Monoprix nearby.

Just a short distance to marc chagall national museum. Nice City Centre district definitely deserves exploring. Everything met my needs.
