Fantastic location just next door to beach, church, Massena, restaurants, shops and the beach, and the promenade in the old town.

Everything was nice, even so we stayed for 1 night only. There were double superior & modern rooms with Seaview, all comfort, as example. The hotel had a magnificent location in the center of the action. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The location was unbeatable: a flower market and an outdoor market were within walking distance. The room was unique, large and complete with the bedroom.

The location was great and stunning in a great area, near to nightlife that are in walking distance, the Cours Saleya and the old town and flower market. The staff was very, very nice and courteous, always with a smile on face.

Unique, newly remodelled units provided with balcony, fridge and a terrific monsoon shower-clean. Lots of HEALTHY food at breakfast time. The most important - excellent location easy to get to the trams. Besides, easy to get to a historic park.

The double room was newly decorated with bath, a mezzanine above the bathroom, fridge. Had very central location easy to get to the trams. Promenade des Anglais district was worth visiting.

The location was fantastic, near to trams buses etc! Moreover, it's next to the flower market, old town, beach and opera house and the ocean and key areas of interest.

I got standard queen room for 3 nights with a fabulous view, kettle, as for instance, appreciated it. The price was £ 92. In general the service was terrific.

Excellent location in a shopping area next to the sea and beautiful promenade, shops, markets restaurants, beautiful promenade miles long with lots of entertainment including skaters, hire of bicycles and the promenade in old Nice. Besides, excellent for visiting Old Town.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect for walking around a historic square. We found it in a shopping area near to the city centre as well as Short walk to shopping area and the train station and across the road from the beach.

The double room was well-appointed and great quality with seaview, so that guests had essentials. This location was magnificent, so close to round the corner from Flower Market, the promenade in the old town and the sea front by the old town.

The breakfast was absolutely superb with hot food which included scrambled eggs and yoghurt, for example, and the restaurant was great! I had compact standard queen room with the bathroom as well as AC. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were an outdoor market and a market nearby.

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Nice, loved it. All in all excellent location. It was nice to have small balcony.
