Newly renovated and fine rooms, plus the staff is consistently courteous. It includes an iron, multi-channel television, and a study table. The location of the hotel is great and excellent, in the heart of Nice and close to a tram station. Plus, it is set 1 km from Marc Chagall National Museum.

Fairly nice stay, as always. The place was fairly clean with a polite staff. Location close to two tram stops and close to train station, the SNCF train station or TGV and various other shops & restaurants.

The location was great and magnificent - very close to the train station/tram, shops, street markets, restaurants, patisseries, and the SNCF train station or TGV. Also, it was within a 10-minute stroll to Marc Chagall National Museum.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, staff were more than helpful. The venue was set in the central position just off close to the train station / tram, busstation and shops, street markets, restaurants, patisseries. It also was by trains.

Staff in annexe where friendly. A short walk to Arlequin Gelati, where you can have lunch. Easy access to nice etoile. It is so close to the airport.
