Stayed here during our trip, it was a really good experience. The room exceeded high expectations, well decorated with a balcony. We did not want to leave and would like to go back here again.

This was a great and perfect location near to Nice main shopping street which is car free except for trams, the tram stop and train station and surrounding bars.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. The twin room was well-maintained, the bed was comfortable.

The place is absolutely brilliant, suited the needs. The quadruple room is updated with high level of cleanliness and a gorgeous bathroom. The outdoor restaurant serves delicious food. Thanks very much for a fantastic stay, we will choose the place for future trips.

We where given a twin room with a balcony upon arrival.

It has premium level facilities and comfortable and decent location close to the tram stop.

The staff were helpful people during check-out from the hotel, and the location was incredible. Further, it was just next door to Nice-Ville Gare train station.

Appetising food, courteous service and lovely view at sunset. Silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, superb value. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. Situated only 1 km from Gare du Sud. A nice restaurant and a rooftop bar available.

The units were a decent size with balcony. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, not too far away from Fnac Nice.

It was as expected, had a fantastic stay in 1st night of my stay. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant and exceptional. My triple room with lovely terrace as well as huge bathroom was updated.

The location was marvellous, not far from the beach, Place Massena and the Old Town, the main avenues of the city of Nice, and the main sightseeings, in a great area.

It has comfortable location in Nice as it's near to the tram from the old town, the tram line or a 15 minute walk to the center and center of Nice.

We enjoyed being in this property. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a great area, very close to the tram line or a 15 minute walk to the center, the tram stops and the main train station. We had the triple room and it was updated. The location of the property was great and unbeatable - relatively close to Marc Chagall National Museum. Try excellent dishes served at the outdoor restaurant.

The room was updated and silent, included with bunk beds and a walk in shower plus an amazing view. The location was marvellous: the Farmer's market and a market were within walking distance.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Nice, had much fun and met helpful staff during check-out from the hotel. Decent size rooms with plenty of towels as well as a big bathroom, felt like home.

Absolutely perfect and fantastic location of the hotel, right by the main sightseeings in the city such as The Cours Saleya Market, the beach, Place Massena and the Old Town and the tram stop and Nice railway station. Reasonably large rooms with climate control and a balcony, wonderful views.

The setting was decent, just off the centre and the coast, the bus-stop where an express bus form airport stops and downtown.

The room I booked was updated and clean and available with a great bathroom, terrace, a balcony. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

Nicely updated hotel, new-fashioned rooms, fantastic view at sunset. Easy to get to, excellent location next to the mountains surrounding the Bay of Nice, the front restaurant downstairs, and a 5 * beach resort. Also, very close to all public transport. This place is in a brilliant location right on a tram line. It has pleasant and exceptional staff and GOOD services. The rooms are neat and adequate, the view is great.

The location was magnificent and perfect, 10 km to Nice Cote d'Azur airport, perfectly reachable. Staff were extremely friendly, room was decent sized and compact.

Its location at a short distance from Forum was incredible. The breakfast was full of satisfactory options...

Location just next door to the train station and the beach, the center and the outside restaurant. Besides, easy access to Le Village.

Quirky and simple accommodation with magnificent setting so close to the tram line, train station and T1 tram stop and Nice train station. Neat building and rooms with modern decoration. The pleasant and courteous staff all round. Quick check in and excellent service overall. Not to mention good wifi! Such great experience there.

i recommend the place. my neat and cosy room included comfy bed, an electronic key card, flat-screen television and a writing table. the location was unbeatable, not too far from galeries lafayette department store. the hotel had a good restaurant with the friendly staff.

I didn't want to leave, so recommend this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay in 1st night of my stay. I enjoyed convenient placing of an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the twin room. The beds were very clean and the view was amazing.

Everything was simply awesome. Generally, the place was brilliant and had great staff during check-out from the hotel. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and air conditioning, a personal safe and an electronic key card inside the room. The location was marvellous and brilliant, within easy walking distance of St Nicholas Cathedral.
