Practical double room with drinks, a nice kitchen, shared bathroom. Great location in Nice near the tram as well as a tram route. Also, very near to the metro station.

Marvellous location - a short way from everywhere we needed. Bakery Les Hauts de Gairaut located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

Clean venue with particularly good location very near to the metro station. Kind and helpful people working here. Location adjacent to the center of the city as well as tram. A good choice of food options at a medium distance from the venue. Simply no reason to complain, GREAT stay.
