Modern hotel with excellent facilities and pretty friendly employees from one receptionist to the other. More than adequate and lovely breakfast, lots of meals. Particularly good and unbeatable location in a business area, not far from Carrefour and cafes and restaurants, the best tourist attractions, and Nice-Ville train station.

We truly enjoyed this ideal hotel; its lovely breakfasts, amazing rooms. The room we had included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioning.

Their staff were completely rude.

Surprisingly large and stylish room with lovely bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Art Nouveau decor throughout and welcoming and courteous staff like the Manager always remembering your name. Very central location along with more than adequate breakfasts.

The location was exceptionally nice, staff were incredibly polite. Besides, the hotel was at a walking distance from Water of Leith Walkway.

Perfect and comfortable location close to train station, the center of Nice, and the pedestrian streets for a promenade, easy check-in. Family-friendly and well decorated room available with balcony, a really compfy bed, for example.

Perfect spot near to the Old City and train station, and most attractions and night life.

This was my really really nice stay for good value. The hotel's location was particularly good very close to everything. I visited Chicken Valley, plus it was located nearby:)))

Nice cosy and bright room, it included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioning. The hotel was in a very central setting close to center.

We got a studio suite which was a decent size. The bathroom was great-sized, with a bathtub. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

Beautiful small and quirky hotel that has outstandingly accommodating staff from one receptionist. The room is spotless and new-fashioned, comes with kitchenette, a balcony, as example.

The total stay was really good for good value. I enjoyed the fact that the room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned and the bed was very clean. The hotel had a central setting to the promenade & 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Moreover, it was right by the beach and also the train station as well as Carrefour and cafes and restaurants.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with microwave and balcony plus spacious bathrooms and that went well.

The staff was thoughtful, useful, and everything was perfect. The service was excellent, no complaints. The location was perfect and excellent for exploring Nice. Visited an outdoor theater, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The place was nicely decorated and had incredibly polite and attentive stuff especially the general manager, loved the stay. Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to Downtown.

The location was convenient close to shops and transport. Besides, we were adjacent to the beach at close to a lot of the main restaurants and also very close to a supermarket, and the airport or main train station.

The stuff where really friendly and superfriendly and the location was fantastic to the centre of Nice. The service provided there was excellant.

Fantastic incredible location, easy to get by bus from the airport. Plenty of food at the more than adequate breakfast.

The venue's position was central. We truly enjoyed to have lunch at Le Bistro Dalpozzo, found it at a short distance from the hotel.

The property's location is excellent and wonderful, close enough to the beach and center as well as all stores. Also, Blue Beach is next to the hotel.

The bathrooms are quite small.

The location was amazing for walking around Musee Massena. It was a shopping area, a handy base for me. The restaurant here was great...

Handy location to the centre of Nice, in the quiet area. Gorgeous building and rooms with Art Nouveau decoration.

It has a particularly good location quite close to the waterfront.

It has peaceful location to see Musee Massena. Whatever you need is this fashionable room with a queen bed, high ceiling and refrigerator. Have stayed there before and we will be back because of their service.

Central location was a plus. The hotel rooms were stylish and cool with a nice pullout bed, a good full size mirror and kitchenettes. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators were nice.

Everything was good, had a really nice stay for four nights. The staff team was amicable at any time. The room was cool, it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels.

This location was stunning, just off the beach and Promenade d'Anglais, the promenade and Carrefour and cafes and restaurants. After long day I visited Loka Bar Kitchen for a couple of drinks.

it was as expected, had a comfortable stay for my first visit to nice. the location of the hotel was handy - not too far from rose.
