Residhome Nice Promenade

Had really good stay by two nights, the staff were efficient, location was perfect away from the main restaurants which were located close to Vieux Nice.

Enjoyed the stay, it was peaceful by two nights. Everything was fine and the view was fantastic. A kitchenette, a nice balcony, and a carpet were available in our standard studio.

The hotel was recently renovated and in a central location. The property was set in a very nice area.

Marvellous and particularly good location close to main shopping area, and the main square, special ambience. Again, walking distance to Thomas Cubitt Statue.

The whole experience was very peaceful. I came here with my baby. The staff were professional and responsive and knew their area. I both thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was pleasant and had a great selection of options.

Everything was good, excellent location just off a delicious pizzeria, the gardens, and a good bakery, supermarket & shops, fairly nice experience. The room was compact and modern, with coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. The service was terrific, just like I expected.

Newly decorated place, very comfy beds, really friendly staff. Fab food. Ideal and comfortable location, close to beachfront. The pool area is good too. Excellent internet, parking onsite.

Marvellous location, an underground station was next to the hotel. Also, we were 4 km from popular place such as Longford Pump.

The rooms are great-sized and newly remodelled, the bed is extremely comfy. We like the great and decent location - near an underground station. It has really friendly and pleasant employees.

I had 3 nights in Nice, spending the time here lovely. Efficient staff and the location was marvellous and nice. It was also just next door to the castle, the Promenade des Anglais, and city center.

It is an incredibly beautiful and great property located in Les Baumettes district so close to taxi, local transport to town/airport, and main beach promenade. The hotel has marvellous and particularly good location so close to everything which made it easier to get around especially if you do n't have a car.

As we remember, there was no parking lot.

I must comment on its central location - it was easy. The airport is 10 km away, easy to reach.

Really enjoyed my very lovely stay by two nights. The hotel was located in a great place, near an underground station. Furthermore, the area was very pleasant. They recommended a good restaurant with excellent staff.

There was milk to be needed.

A kitchenette, a nice balcony, and a carpet were available in my standard studio. I thoroughly enjoyed using kitchenette. The location of the hotel was central, near the castle and waterfall and a supermarket and takeaway. Places like Blue Beach were at a medium distance from from here too.

Everything was modern, the staff were welcoming and the location was ideal! The room was recently refurbished and air-conditioned, for fruits. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was special overall.

I've had a very good stay by two nights. The property was overall clean, featured modern design, I appreciated it. The breakfast offered a good choice of fab meals. Amicable staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was marvellous - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The location in a very very nice area was best possible and easy and there were shops and 2 supermarkets nearby. The pool was good, the staff was competent and responsive.

It's good base for visiting some must see attractions in Nice. The venue has unbeatable and easy location in the lovely area of Grotto.

Spent our time here lovely. The hotel was in a central setting to Promenade. Moreover, it's close to the beach, both airport and city centre, a good bakery, supermarket & shops...

The airport was 0.5 km away from here, unbeatable and easy location. The place had a special atmosphere. The staff were all PROFESSIONAL, and the room was compact.

This hotel had a central position to the garden which was nice. Also, Old Town was 2 km away.

There was a sunny balcony in our room. Price of the breakfast is EUR 10 per person per day.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Breakfast was good in combination with excellent staff. We really enjoyed having a kitchen. 20 mins walk to the center. Found a place called Farago on the roof, set a couple of blocks away the venue, ate there a few times.

The room was tired.

fine arts museum was located in the near vicinity. we have stayed here anywhere in the world & will be returning here soon.
