Thoroughly enjoyed nice superior king room with a balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast was nice with views, and the food was fresh. The setting was super, not far from of course, the beach and the old town of Nice and the Port areas.

Wonderful small and fairly clean trendy boutique hotel. Rich and satisfactory breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. Well-maintained and contemporary room available with a balcony and hardwood floors plus comfortable beds.

The location was particularly good for me, to everything including train station for day tours. The breakfast offered was varied and superb with plentiful options.

The room I got was well-organised, complete with a seaview, balcony and a great view of Nice, enjoyed it. The hotel had a central setting close to many restaurants and bars.

Clean place with attentive and particularly helpful staff and incredible view over the whole "beach" of Nice. All in all perfect and nice location, so close to Menton, Cagnes Su Mer, Antibes and Cannes all on the train, the Promenade des Anglais and the main shopping area. Complimentary and rich breakfast - 4 star level.

Good location in a wonderful area, very close to the most famous restaurant in Monte Carlo, a cafe with locals and a very entertaining waiter and the beach, great lookout, everyday markets and the Marina Harbour.

The room was clean, had good private bathroom. They provided a superb breakfast with a great view and yogurt, as for instance. The hotel was placed in the sheltered location next to the beach. The staff was very kind, provided exceptional services and helped with public parking.

Our location was perfect and incredible to walk right at the end of the strip of the beach. Promenade des Anglais district was worth exploring.

Generally, enjoyed this beautiful small accommodation with smart staff with good service. The location for Nice was particularly good, just off see amazing panoramic views of Nice and waterfront and charming old town. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Promenade des Anglais district.

This is surely the best mini hotel, really kind staff, immaculate rooms. The customer service is exceptional, they offer shuttle to the airport. Moreover, there is a parking in front of the property. The location is unbeatable, the check in is quick. Promenade des Anglais district deserves your attention.
