Savoury breakfast items; polite and welcoming staff. New-fashioned standard room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Location: marvellous, just off the transport to airport, markets of Nice, and vieux Nice, Promenade des Anglaises and shopping area.

The setting was unbeatable, very close to the center of town friendly and helpful reception staff, centre of Nice and the beach areas and the market areas which are all in walking distance. The service provided there was good.

I booked attractive suite here with a large bathroom, balcony, as example. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Cours Saleya. The people were great, will exceed the expectations.

Place was fairly clean and wonderful small! I had new-fashioned standard room with aircon as well as bathroom. Greatly enjoyed modern design. The location was marvellous and fantastic, within short walking distance to an enormous shopping mall.

Unbeatable and amazing location for our visit to Old Town a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. And close to a tram station, and the main shopping street.

Some of our favorite spots such as place massena were near to the hotel. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose univers. We think we recommend to anyone. Don't forget to explore Promenade des Anglais neighborhood

The staff here was GREAT. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when visiting Nice.
