Having central heating, a work desk, and TV in my lovely looking and neat room was really great. Coffee and croissants where available. The location was great and incredible, within a close distance from Musee Massena. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was good.

The king room is brand-new and has an individual safe, air conditioner, and a work desk. The location is excellent, in the supertouristy area. There's Restaurant-Snack Mainis offering takeout at a moderate distance from the venue.

Pleasant, reasonably clean place with especially helpful and extremely friendly staff like a manager. Excellent location in Promenade des Anglais district near to the Old Town, the garden under a gazebo and the beach, restaurants and pubs. Also, right on the Promenade.

The hotel was reasonably clean and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The room I booked was neat with a garden view, water kettle and balconies.

Chilled-out base for 2 nights in Nice, little hotel. Coffee and croissants served for breakfast. Great and incredible location in a quiet area and family atmosphere in the whole venue. Just next door to can use the bus to get anywhere including train station, restaurants and grocery store and the promenade to the centre.

A huge variety of food at breakfast like coffee and croissants. Units with shared toilet. Great and fantastic location really close to the beach and easy access to a supermarket and shops.

Marvellous and stunning location in touristic area, not far from anywhere including train station, the seaside-English promenade, and town centre. Nearby Italian Pub - great place to chill out. Soft bed in triple room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV. A bathtub in the bathroom.

Pleasant friendly family run hotel, lovely views, magnificent location right across from the beach.

The ambience of the hotel was family and the room was great value with balconies. It had a great sea view balcony.

our double room was equipped with a personal safe, climate control and a work desk. location: the hotel was so close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store and the center. in a hurry we visited restaurant-snack mainis nearby.

Very impressed with family king room. Bonus point for a safe, a sofa bed and central heating. Incredible location in the area and easy access to a supermarket and shops.

Beds were too short.

The hotel was a right place for enjoying a tourist area, near to cafes, Promenade, and the tram nearby. The staff were informative and kind as well, would come here again. Had a really great experience staying at the triple room. And it had garden view which is a plus.

The location is incredible, 3 km from Old Town. And it's not far from the airport👌
