The food is brilliant, truly enjoyed continental breakfast. Many thanks to excellent and extremely friendly staff for providing us with a perfectly pleasant stay.

Popular venue, lovely bar area, incredible location to the promenade or old town.

It was clean and the staff were really kind, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bedroom was immaculate and updated. Marvellous and fab location a couple of blocks away from a 1st ever fully licensed distillery, really enjoyed it.

The location is walking distance to a tram station, great. Staff is very very nice and courteous and you can park your car outside.

Good breakfast with plenty of options, charming and exceptionally clean place. Stunning, magnificent location in Nice Port district near a lot of stairs up to the front door, port, center, bus station and tram number 2 and the sloped hill. Good food in the terrace for breakfast with an amazing view.

Beds were a little hard.

The staff is excellent and hospitable. The double room is updated with free standing shower, AC plus a garden view.

Greatly enjoyed luxury bathroom and a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card in our classic double room. We didn't feel like leaving and would have stayed for longer.

Everything was excellent, stunning location from the big beach clubs, the staff were polite. The breakfast served was satisfactory, everything you could wish for, with an amazing view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave.

The place was popular and immaculately clean. We had a double room and it included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a cable television. The location was excellent, close to the port of Nice, it's a plus. We loved staying 2 nights here.

Nothing to complain about, liked my really nice stay and would love to come back here some time. It was clean, breakfast was good. Everything was perfect and the staff were courteous. Courtyard view was absolutely fabulous and the location was great and lovely, close enough to city centre and train station, the promenade or old town and Nice airport. And National Football Museum was only 1 km from the accommodation.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were really kind. The food was incredible especially during the continental breakfast. Had fab location on the sea side and newly renovated rooms. It was also not far from local food shops and the garden, I greatly enjoyed it. I came here for 4 nights and had a fairly nice stay.

Stay here was nice, I didn't want to leave. Everything was fairly clean and excellant. The location was amazing to centre of Nice. Also, Grotte du Lazaret Famed Cave was located in the hotel's area. The rooms where new-fashioned and updated, had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The continental breakfast had a wide range of food.

The location was great, within walking distance of Mt Boron. The area was main touristic right by buses.

My favourite property in Nice. Decent place for staying in the centre of Nice. Amazing and fab location on the sea side, 0 min on foot to Bains Militaires. Short walk to the restaurants, restaurants in the port area, and ocean front.

We had a pleasant stay at this old-fashioned hotel. The continental breakfast was served in the terrace. In our double room there was an absolutely fabulous view of sea. Liked the location, it was amazing and incredible short walk to city centre and train station as well as Port and Promenade.

The property is charming and the staff is attentive. The rooms are updated and elegant, the beds are comfortable. It has stunning location to see Grotte du Lazaret Famed Cave. Plus it's set in the main touristic area. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is brilliant...

Its location was peaceful, close enough to the Esplanade, shopping areas or nightlife and the old town. All the staff was efficient and attentive, solved my issues.

The bathroom was tiny and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location was unbeatable as for me. The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a central area. My twin room was available with an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe.

There were central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room, loved that. And it had a delightful view of garden. The location was stunning and best possible, 0.5 km to Nice Cote d'Azur airport, perfectly reachable;))

Enjoyable base for short stay in Nice. Marvellous and stunning location, 2 km from city centre. Positioned in the tourist area. Good beds in our twin room. Exceptional view to sea.

Having a terrace was a nice addition. We easily caught the bus a few steps away from the hotel at La Reserve bus station.
